Production Process

Enter input materials
Before being used in production, raw materials undergo rigorous testing for technical specifications, stability, and safety levels to ensure they meet the quality requirements of each product line.

Mix ingredients
The ingredients are mixed according to an improved formula, with precise measurements and strict quality control.

Extrusion of billet sheet
The mixed mixture is then transferred into the feed hopper of the screw extruder.
Under the influence of high temperature and pressure, the molten mixture becomes completely plastic.

Shaping the blank/core
As soon as the core sheet comes out of the extrusion mold and is still hot, it is cooled down, shaped, and dried using compressed air.
