Logistics Team Leader

We are looking for a Logistics Team Leader to join our team. This position will be responsible for optimizing transportation costs and managing production-based shipping plans. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in import and export logistics.

Job Description

– Operational Management and Coordination

• Manage and coordinate the company’s daily logistics operations.

• Monitor order processing, documentation, transportation, and delivery processes.

• Ensure timely delivery, service quality, and customer satisfaction.

• Manage risks and ensure all import and export activities strictly comply with international Incoterms regulations.

• Prepare logistics efficiency analysis reports and propose solutions for process improvement periodically.

– Internal and Partner Coordination

• Directly negotiate with shipping lines and carriers to ensure stable space and vessel schedules, especially during peak seasons.

• Develop and coordinate export plans based on actual production capacity, ensuring smooth goods flow.

• Closely coordinate with the Production, Sales, and Warehousing departments to synchronize the logistics process across the entire system. • Handling issues arising during transportation

– Optimizing costs and processes

• Searching for and developing a logistics supplier system. • Develop, negotiate, and implement cost optimization strategies for transportation (sea and land) to reduce product costs and increase competitive advantage.
